Yoga with Sound Healing join us on the farm for a deeply grounding, nourishing, meditative, and relaxing practice. Please bring your own yoga mat & yoga blanket.

~Potluck Dinner~ please bring something to share for the potluck!

Herbal teas and infused water will be provided. Please dress comfortably for the weather!

Recommended items to bring:

-layers of clothing

-yoga mat, ground cloth (like an old bed sheet) and blanket

-water bottle

-cash or form of payment to purchase herbal self-care products from Home Apothecary Shop

-something yummy to share for potluck (ex. beverage, entree, side dish, dessert, or anything your heart desires to share)
