Join us for a delightful Homeschool Kids Farm-to-Table Luncheon. Explore the farm on an engaging tour followed by a delicious three-course, child-inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It’s the perfect outing for moms and kids to connect, learn, and savor farm-fresh flavors together!

Home School Luncheon Menu

First Course: Crudité Platter with Homemade Ranch Dressing and Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus

A colorful assortment of fresh, organic vegetables

Carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber rounds, cherry tomatoes, broccoli florets, and sliced bell peppers

Gluten free pita bread Served with a side of whipped honey butter

Homemade Ranch Dressing: Made with Greek yogurt, fresh dill, parsley, garlic, and a hint of lemon

Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus:

Creamy chickpeas blended with roasted red bell peppers, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil

Second Course: Main Dishes

Kids’ Main: Baked Mac and Cheese

Organic gluten-free pasta (brown rice and quinoa blend) Scratch-made creamy cheese sauce featuring a mix of cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan Topped with grated white cheddar and gluten-free breadcrumbs, then baked to golden perfection

Parents’ Main: Butternut Squash Casserole

Organic gluten-free pasta (brown rice and quinoa blend) A velvety cheese sauce enhanced with roasted butternut squash puree Mixed with sautéed vegetables like kale, onions, and mushrooms for added flavor and nutrition. Topped with a blend of white cheddar and Parmesan, plus a crunchy gluten-free breadcrumb topping

Dessert: Ice Cream Sundae

Organic Vanilla Ice cream with scratch-made chocolate fudge and pure whipped cream
